Kasia SzymanskaAssociate
Kasia Szymanska is a Chartered Psychologist, an accredited cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She works both as a psychotherapist and a coaching psychologist.

In addition to working with Flower Associates, Kasia is an Associate Director of the Centre for Stress Management/Coaching in London, where she runs training programmes in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She is the Director of Distance Learning as well as being an online coaching psychology supervisor. Kasia is one of the few psychologists who is certified in carrying out EQi assessments in the UK, and is an experienced supervisor (supervising trainees and other fellow professionals).

Kasia is the editor of The Coaching Psychologist published by The Special Group in Coaching Psychology and Book Review Editor of the AC Bulletin, an online publication published by the Association for Coaching.

She has also authored numerous articles and book chapters in the field of cognitive behavioural therapy, coaching and other related topics, and has contributed both to newspapers and magazines on psychological issues both within the UK and abroad.

Kasia’s experience also includes working as a university lecturer in counselling psychology at Masters level; in an NHS Trust as a counselling psychologist; and she is former editor of Counselling Psychology Review.

Kasia is able to provide therapy in Polish.
